This luxurious two-story mansion was designed for clients who permanently live in Europe. The requirements for the project were very high... The homeowners are used to dealing with world-class real estate, which placed a lot of responsibility on us to design this house.
At the stage of starting work on the project, part of the interior was completed according to a different design project by the previous owners of the house. But we completely changed the concept and project in accordance with the wishes of our clients. At the site, porcelain tiles were dismantled, all plumbing, electrical and air conditioning and ventilation systems were remodeled.
The interior is made in a slightly eclectic style, but the main one is Art Deco. Complex dark tones, fantastic crystal lamps, lots of marble and onyx, oak and walnut, as well as rich velvety fabrics... It's wonderful!
